Amit Soni is a strategic leader in Learning and Development with over 15 years of experience in various roles such as Software Engineer, Instructional Designer, L&D Leader, Learning Technology Implementer, Leadership Trainer, and Talent Leader to Leadership Coach. He is currently working as a Senior Manager Training & Enablement at Salesforce, where he has played multiple roles such as Learning Experience Manager - APAC and Change & Training Enablement Senior Lead. Amit is a certified ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is passionate about well-being at work and how modern mindfulness can prevent burnout and make more work-life balance for hybrid work. He has worked with hundreds of clients on their goal-setting, Vision, Purpose, Strategic Thinking, preventing burnout, personal mastery, and life transitions. Amit is also a Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation. Amit has solid experience in Learning Experience Design, Coaching, Learning Strategy & Enablement, Talent & Organization Development, Change Management, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Human-Centered Design, Instructional Design (E-learning), Learning Technology (LMS), Hybrid learning model - future of learning, learning metrics, Program Design & Management, Leadership Development, Technical Training, Persona Learning paths, and setting up global learning benchmarks, technology learning, processes, policies, and governance. Amit has completed his Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management & Training from XLRI and holds a Bachelor of Engineering - BE (Hons) in Computer Science & Engineering from RGPV. He is also a certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the International Coach Academy and has completed the Advanced Certified Coach Program (ACTP), Leadership Coaching, Executive Coaching. Amit has recently completed his Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts - MA in Psychology from Renaissance University.
